For over a century, Norris has created a nurturing environment to help young individuals recognize their potential, enhance their self-esteem, and form a strong bond with the community. We achieve this by offering various programs, such as customized treatment, treatment foster care, and educational services facilitated by our school district, Norris Academy. Achieve MKE will be a hub for care coordination and support for youth, young adults, families, and community members. 

Our goal is to Empower our clients, advocate for systematic changes that will improve the lives of community members, and serve as connectors for youth and young adults, their families, and the community.  Our hope is to partner with this strong and resilient community, together understanding the best way to support all those we come into contact with to ensure healthy, safe, and pro-social lifestyles.
